Maui Condo B207

TAX ID: W 79617741-01

From Luanakai, you can see the Kaheawa Wind Power energy facility atop Ukumehame ridge to the West. The windfarm was built to supply over 10% of the islands electrical needs and in 2007 generated 125,000 megawatts, replacing 236,000 barrels of oil. The power is sold to the Maui Electric Company, MECO. Since MECO burns oil to provide electricity, windpower is a very welcome green addition to the islands power supply.

Unit B207 is a deluxe air conditioned two bedroom condo on the North West side of the property. It has a partial ocean view as shown below and is spacious and warm and has all the amenities you expect.

Condo B207 is tiled throughout which helps keep it cool in summer. This condo has simple but tasteful decorations and plenty of space. The view of the courtyard, pool and ocean is lovely.

Dear Leslie,
Happy anniversary!!! You have NOT gotten a day older looking! Hard to believe that we were there at the beginning with you. Even though much has happened in all of our lives, Luana Kai remains a constant source of relaxation....a place of no worries! (at least for us). Hope you celebrate in a fabulous way.
Fondly,
Dwight and Sue Naset
