Maui Condo C102

TAX ID: W 08533484-01

If you’ve never been to Makena Beach State Park, make sure to visit at least once while your here. It’s on the way to La Perouse, the most recent lava flow on Maui which is only 200-400 years old. Makena, also known as big beach is a huge beach and the waves can be huge too, breaking very close to the shore. If you are not confident in your swimming skills or if danger signs are displayed, stay out of the water. You can see people boogie boarding, body surfing, fishing, snorkeling out past the waves, and just plain having a ball. Come join in the fun, you’ll be glad you did.

Unit C102 is a 1 bedroom vacation rental steps from the pool at Luana Kai. You can see part of the sea and the West Maui’s Pali from the lanai. At present the lanai is planted with Hibiscus, Lawae fern and a few small palms for the perfect tropical sensation. To your left and high above the sea, sway the majestic palms of Luana Kai.

Condo C102 has most of the usual amenities. Carpet and tile floors provide warmth for your feet in the bedroom in winter and coolness for the living area in summer. C102 is situated at the West, oceanside of C building and is one of the cooler units on the property being well protected from the sun.

Thank you for sharing your wonderful milestone with us.
How amazing 25 years at Luana Kai and yes my how quickly the years fly by. Jeff and I are off to China for the month of May to celebrate my 60th Birthday. Have had parties in the past but thought travelling on my birthday and being in another country would be different. Heard on the news Hawaii had been affected by the tsunami that has devastated Japan. Hope Luana Kai is still in tact. Thank you for looking after us over the many years and being a friend. Looking forward to seeing you at Luana Kai in June.
Take care
Cheers,
Jeff ,Diana, Kash and Quil
