Luana Kai is located in North Kihei, making it easy for you to get on Mokulele Highway and head to Wailuku/Kahului to visit the Mui Arts and Cultural Center. The MACC hosts bands, plays, and cultural events. From local performers to international stars you can always find fun and superior entertainment at the MACC.

Unit A306 is a standard two bedroom unit on the West ocean-facing side of the resort. It has a full ocean view from Kahoolawe to the West Maui Mountains.


Condo A306 is mostly tiled with carpeted bedrooms. Open space and unthemed fine prints describe the decor which leaves plenty of room for all your gear.

Just a quick note to say thank you and tell you how much we enjoyed our stay at the Luana Kai. We stayed there with friends for 8 days in November 2005. Both couples were celebrating their 25th wedding anniversaries together. The room was clean and comfortable and the grounds were fantastic!! Flowers, birds and palm trees galore! We spent countless hours on our private lani, by the pool and on the cozy beach enjoying the fabulous views, warm weather and each other's company. It is not whether or not we will stay at the Luana Kai again, it is when will we stay there again?
