Maui Condo Unit B109

As early as 2009, Maui may be the benefactor of wave energy, another welcome green addition to the islands power supply. The wave platforms are to be placed off the North shore of the island and will produce 2.7 megawatts of electricity per hour.
Unit B109 is a standard one bedroom unit on the North West side of the property. It has a garden view on the first floor, providing easy access to the pool, putting green and ocean. |

Condo B109 is mostly carpeted with tile in the hallway, bathroom and kitchen. Modest prints grace the walls and the living room is white and open. The lanai has some plants directly in front of it, providing privacy. |
