Unit C209 is at the inside corner of the property overlooking the inner lawn and garden and has a partial view of the sea and is exposed to most sunsets. This unit is a good example of our budget units with one bedroom and modest accoutrements.

Condo C209 has a tasteful theme with toned down colors to accentuate the incredible green and blue of our garden and the Maui sky. The condo has, one bathroom, one bedroom, a full kitchen, laundry equipment, TV and stereo.

Unit C209 opens on the quiet garden area and that is naturally buffered from community noise by the layout of the 4 buildings.
