Some of the most beautiful and relaxing beaches in the world are on the South shore of Maui.  This area is called Kihei, Wailea & Makena.

These are three of  my favorite Beaches to visit in Kihei.  All have plenty of parking and clean public facilities with showers.

Take a book, a cooler and an umbrella and enjoy the view or take a nap.   I prefer the beach early.  There are a few reasons, the water is more calm and the day is still a bit cool.  As the day warms up the breeze tends to also pick up.  Keep that in mind and enjoy your day at the Beach.
