C311 is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, partial ocean view condo with 3 king size beds. There is a sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen  is updated with black granite and stainless appliances.  The master bathroom has an updated double basin vanity. There are ceiling fans in all bedrooms and the living room. The double lanai is comfortably furnished with two table settings in wicker and plush cushions. You can enjoy the view of the green, lush courtyard, over the pool area to the ocean to Maalaea Bay and the West Maui mountains.

C311 is on the 3rd floor, NO elevators so you walk up 3 flights of stairs.
